User-Friendly Control

Ogloba’s solutions are designed to give clients the flexibility and control they require to meet their needs. The ROPO platform’s back-end user interface offers two distinct sections, setup and department, from where digital content can be created and managed. The UI has been designed to be simple and intuitive.

Setup Section: User Creation and Management

The setup section allows the creation and management of user accounts. User management is handled by the national account.

Department Section: Database Management, Catalog Management, Campaign Creation

Management for each department (products, merchandising and advertising) is separated for both flexibility and access control purposes.

The products section allows the input and management of products, specifications, and inventory data, customization of how products can be grouped and filtered, and the creation of promotional campaigns on selected products.

The merchandising section allows products to be grouped as new, promotion or low price, and coupons and free gifts to be assignment to certain product ranges, as well as the creation of data sheets for each product. This unifies and enriches the visual communication in store.
