Front-end Interface
Ogloba’s ROPO platform has been designed to be used by customers unaccompanied, so great care has been taken to ensure the front-end user interface (UI) is as simple and intuitive as possible. To enhance the customers’ in-store shopping experience, all the information and guidance they need to research and complete a purchase is provided. The entire process is broken down into three logical steps – browse catalog, ordering and delivery.
Browse Catalog
The digital catalog is a complete inventory of the products available to the customer. The interface is simple and intuitive, and consists of four layers:
-
Product display: images and videos, specifications, detail view, comparison and purchase guide
-
Selective lists: new products, top list, promotion list
-
Filtering options, help function
-
Recall options for payment, delivery, accessories, related items and warranty
Ordering
The ordering process allows the customer to order products, as well as accessories and extended warranties, then simply print an order bill and present it at the point-of-sale to make a purchase.
-
Option to order both in-store and not in-store products
-
Enhanced order: selected item, accessories, warranties
-
Print order bill and take to the in-store POS
Delivery
The ability to select the most convenient delivery option eases the purchase decision.
