The Ogloba Family
The well-being of our team is a priority. We want every employee to feel at home with us, and settle quickly into the Ogloba family. To this end, a lot of activities are organized. We arrange welcome parties for new members of staff, enjoy shared meals and snacks, and have take trips to Taiwan, and abroad.
Although Ogloba is very international, with people across the globe, the whole team is connected via a Facebook page where we share our experiences. This way, the different departments know what the others are doing, and feel that they are all working together, as part of a close, united team.
