Nancy is our Human Resources Director, and looks after the general well-being of our team.
“I have worked for Ogloba for 7 years. This company grants a lot of importance to the team as people. We care about their well-being, and want them to be happy at work. As Human Resources Director, I am always available for face-to-face meetings with team members so they can talk about any personal and professional problems or concerns that they may have.”

Jim is one of our Project Managers and has worked at Ogloba for 5 years.
“I have worked for the company for 5 years. This is a very good company. We are a young company and full of the energy and passion needed to develop our products and serve our clients. We help customers effectively run their gift card business, and increase their profits.”

Angel has been a software engineer at Ogloba for 2 years, mainly working with Java.
“In the 2 years I have worked for Ogloba, I have found the working environment comfortable, and colleagues get along very well. The company gives me opportunities to go on business trips abroad. I recently went to Bangkok and Dubai. The company also subsidies us to play badminton once a week, so we stay fit and healthy.”

“Even from our office in Taiwan, we really feel that we are part of a global team. Everyone can contribute to a lively Facebook group we have, so commercial people explain to us what they do in the field, share photos of their meetings around the world, and post news. I have my worked at Ogloba for almost 2 years now. This company is an open and young family. The managers do not put too much heavy pressure on your shoulders, and keep watching you all the time, because they believe you will do your job. Because we are all young, we can work, chat, play and take dinners together with no barriers.”

“At Ogloba, we do not clock in or out, so we will not worry about being late in the morning. In the noon break time, we can go outside to take a break and eat what we want – we do not stay in a company staff restaurant. The senior staff care about employees' health, so we always have exercise time on Thursday. The most important thing is that we do not have problems between departments, and we enjoy very good relationships between colleagues. Based on the above, I love Ogloba.”
