Ogloba is a modern company where the girls and boys are on an equal footing. I’ve noticed that the Ogloba recruitment policy is particularly considering female applicants – even though of course, all applications are considered. I believe that girls bring different ways of thinking about problems and help develop communication with more, different kinds of people.
