Even from our office in Taiwan, we really feel that we are part of a global team. Everyone can contribute to a lively Facebook group we have, so commercial people explain to us what they do in the field, share photos of their meetings around the world, and post news. I have my worked at Ogloba for almost 2 years now. This company is an open and young family. The managers do not put too much heavy pressure on your shoulders, and keep watching you all the time, because they believe you will do your job. Because we are all young, we can work, chat, play and take dinners together with no barriers.
即使身在台灣辦公室，依然能感受到Ogloba是間跨國公司。每個人都可以在公司日常的Facebook上發表文章，業務團隊向我們介紹他們的工作、分享在全世界開會的照片以及最新資訊。我在Ogloba工作快要兩年了，這是個開放且年輕的大家庭。管理者並不會給太多壓力在我們肩上，也不會緊迫盯人的監控，因為他們相信我們會做好自己的工作。由於我們都很年輕，我們不僅一同工作、聊天、休閒、吃飯，絲毫沒有隔閡。
